Incentive travel programs

Reward trips people work all year to earn.

Most incentive trips are a hotel package with a welcome dinner. Eterna Concepts designs and produces incentive travel programs as experiences: a theme, private dinners, live music, and recognition moments that make top performers, partners, and key clients feel the reward. We lead the experience and production, and vetted destination partners handle flights, rooms, and ground transport.

Questions

Straight answers about incentive travel.

What is an incentive travel program?
An incentive travel program rewards top performers, channel partners, or key clients with a trip they earn by hitting a goal. The trip itself is the reward, so the experience has to feel exceptional: the destination, the dinners, the moments, and the recognition all carry the message that the company values what they achieved.
What does an incentive travel company do?
An incentive travel company designs the program and the trip: qualification goals and communications, destination and venue selection, the itinerary, signature experiences, recognition moments, and on-site production. Eterna leads the experience design and production and works with vetted destination partners for flights, room blocks, and ground transport.
How is Eterna different from a traditional incentive house?
Traditional incentive houses often start with the travel package. Eterna starts with the experience: a theme, private dinners, live music and talent, and moments guests remember for years. The team is led by a former PepsiCo global brand lead and a 2025 Cannes Lions Gold winner, so reward trips are designed like brand experiences, not hotel bookings.
How much does a corporate incentive trip cost?
Cost depends on headcount, destination, and length. Incentive trips commonly range from several thousand dollars per guest for domestic resort programs to well above that for international luxury destinations. Eterna returns a point of view and a budget range within one business day of a brief.
How far in advance should we plan an incentive trip?
Nine to twelve months is ideal, because the qualification period usually runs before the trip and popular resorts book peak dates early. Smaller programs with flexible dates can move faster.
Where do you produce incentive trips?
Across North America, Europe, and Latin America, including Colorado, California, Miami, Las Vegas, Mexico City, Bogota, Madrid, London, and Cannes, where Eterna produced OUTFRONT Media's private hospitality program aboard Yacht Hana at Cannes Lions 2026.
How do we start?
