Ways to work with us
Pick the scope you need, not the one we prefer to sell.
Most Las Vegas clients start in one of three places. Tell us which sounds like you and we will price only that.

Book a concept engagementWhy Eterna in Las Vegas
Brand-side thinking, agency-grade production.
Convention-week fluency
Loading docks, labor rules, resort scheduling, and move-in windows. We scope Vegas programs for how the city actually works during a show week.
Client-side judgment
Our founder ran global brand programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.
Production that holds
Venues, labor, crew, load-in windows, and rehearsals - handled before show day, not improvised during it.
Multi-market ready
Start in Las Vegas, then roll the same idea cleanly through Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Mexico City, and Madrid.

How we work
A five-step process, from brief to reporting.
01
Brief & business objective
We start with the number you get measured on - trial, awareness, pipeline, retention - and pressure-test the brief before any creative work begins.
02
Concept & creative direction
A single clear idea for the Las Vegas market, with spatial design, narrative, talent, and content built into it from the start rather than bolted on later.
03
Scope, budget & timeline
A costed production plan: venue and labor path, fabrication, crew, run-of-show, and the measurement framework we'll report against.
04
Production & build
Vendor management, fabrication oversight, load-in, staffing and training, and onsite direction through show days and strike.
05
Amplification & reporting
Content capture, press and creator distribution, then a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

What clients say
Built for the numbers, not just the room.
They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions
Working with us on Las Vegas activations.
- What does an experiential marketing agency in Las Vegas actually do?
- We take a brand objective and turn it into a live experience people can walk into - concept, spatial design, venue and permitting, fabrication, staffing, onsite production, and the content and press plan that carries it further. In Las Vegas that usually means convention-floor and trade-show activations, resort takeovers and pool programs, product launches, sponsorship hospitality, and executive events around the city's conference calendar.
- Are you actually producing in Las Vegas?
- Yes. We produce across Las Vegas through a vetted local partner network - fabrication, staging, staffing, and venue coordination - led by our own senior team. The same standard we run in Denver, New York, and Miami, and we scope convention-week programs against the real logistics: loading docks, union rules, resort scheduling, and move-in windows.
- What does a brand activation in Las Vegas cost?
- It depends on footprint, build complexity, venue, run length, and staffing. A single-night launch or dinner sits at a very different level than a multi-day convention footprint or a resort takeover. Las Vegas venue and labor costs also run above most markets during convention weeks. We scope the concept and the production plan together and come back with a costed direction before anything is committed.
- Which Las Vegas venues do you work in?
- The convention corridor and major resorts, the Strip and Fremont Street for public activations, downtown and Arts District spaces for private events, and resort pool and nightclub properties for hospitality programs. Venue selection is part of the scope: we source against the guest experience, the permitting path, and the convention calendar, not just availability.
- How far in advance should we start planning?
- For a launch or private activation, six to twelve weeks is comfortable. Convention-week programs, resort takeovers, and anything tied to a major trade show should start a quarter or more out - venues and build partners book early around CES and other anchor events. Tighter turnarounds are possible; tell us the date and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
- Can you handle venues, labor, and staffing, or only the creative?
- Both. We can run the whole program end to end - concept through build, venue and labor coordination, crew, and strike - or plug into an existing team on the parts you need, such as talent curation, production management, or content capture.
- How do you measure whether the activation worked?
- We agree the metrics before we build: footfall and dwell, trial and sampling counts, earned content and coverage, and pipeline signals like scans, leads, and meetings booked. Reporting is part of the scope, not an afterthought.
