Liz is a dynamic operations management professional with over eight years of experience driving efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across nonprofit and corporate sectors. With a keen ability to streamline processes, cultivate relationships, and execute strategic initiatives, she has successfully led cross-functional teams and high-profile projects.
Liz thrives in roles that require strategic planning, vendor management, and financial oversight, having held positions ranging from the private to public sectors. Her background also includes expertise in social media engagement, executive administration, and event coordination, demonstrating her versatility in both operational and creative capacities.
A natural leader and mentor, Liz is known for her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to foster team growth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Philosophy from Manhattanville University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Beyond her professional endeavors, Liz is passionate about fitness and the outdoors, whether she’s hiking, running, or discovering new trails. She enjoys curating meaningful experiences, whether through orchestrating large-scale events or optimizing business processes to drive impactful results. At home, she loves spending time with her dog, Ivy, and recently celebrated a major life milestone—getting married in 2024.

Debra is a design strategist, urban planner, and business leader with a deep passion for architecture, sustainability, and transforming spaces. With a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Toronto, she brings a unique perspective that seamlessly integrates built environments with the natural world.
Having lived in multiple cities including Buenos Aires, Toronto, Miami, and Denver, where she now resides, Debra’s global experiences have shaped her understanding of how spaces influence the way we live, work, and connect with nature. She believes that great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about creating environments that inspire and feel in harmony with their surroundings.
Her love for the outdoors is deeply woven into her work, blending natural landscapes, organic materials, and biophilic design to create balanced, sustainable, and inviting spaces. Whether it's an interior renovation, an exterior transformation, or an outdoor living space, her approach emphasizes functionality, beauty, and a connection to nature.
Throughout her career, Debra has worked with Fortune 500 companies, leading large-scale projects in sustainability, brand strategy, and consumer engagement. Her ability to merge business acumen with creative vision has positioned her as a leader in transformative design solutions that enhance both indoor and outdoor spaces.
