Why Eterna in Denver

Brand-side thinking, agency-grade production.

Denver is home

This is our base market. We know the venues, the vendors, the crews, and the permitting path - no discovery curve billed back to you.

Client-side judgment

Our founder ran global brand programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.

Production that holds

Permits, vendors, crew, load-in windows, and rehearsals - handled before show day, not improvised during it.

Multi-market ready

Start in Denver, then roll the same idea cleanly through Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Toronto, and Buenos Aires.

What's included

Everything a Denver activation needs, under one scope.

Take the whole program or the parts you're missing - we'll plug into your team where it helps most.

How we work

A five-step process, from brief to reporting.

  1. 01

    Brief & business objective

We start with the number you get measured on - trial, awareness, pipeline, retention - and pressure-test the brief before any creative work begins.

  2. 02

    Concept & creative direction

A single clear idea for the Denver market, with spatial design, narrative, talent, and content built into it from the start rather than bolted on later.

  3. 03

    Scope, budget & timeline

A costed production plan: venue and permitting path, fabrication, crew, run-of-show, and the measurement framework we'll report against.

  4. 04

    Production & build

Vendor management, fabrication oversight, load-in, staffing and training, and onsite direction through show days and strike.

  5. 05

    Amplification & reporting

Content capture, press and creator distribution, then a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

What clients say

Built for the numbers, not just the room.

They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions

Working with us in Denver.

What does an experiential marketing agency in Denver actually do?
We take a brand objective and turn it into a live experience people can walk into - concept, spatial design, venue and permitting, fabrication, staffing, onsite production, and the content and press plan that carries it further. In Denver that usually means pop-ups in RiNo and LoDo, activations around sports and outdoor culture, product launches, and executive dinners and summits.
Are you actually based in Denver?
Yes. Denver is our home market - it is where the studio is run from - and we also produce in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Toronto, and Buenos Aires. A program that starts in Denver can roll into other markets with the same team and the same reporting standard.
What does a brand activation in Denver cost?
It depends on footprint, build complexity, venue, run length, and staffing. A focused single-night launch or executive dinner sits at a very different level than a multi-week pop-up build or a festival footprint. Rather than quote a range that will not apply to your brief, we scope the concept and the production plan together and come back with a costed direction before anything is promised.
Which Denver neighborhoods and venues do you work in?
We produce across RiNo and the Art District, LoDo and Union Station, Cherry Creek, the Santa Fe Arts District, and the Downtown hotel and event corridor, plus mountain-adjacent venues for offsites and retreats. Venue selection is part of the scope: we source against the guest experience and the permitting path, not just availability.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For a pop-up or launch, six to twelve weeks is comfortable. Sports, festival, and outdoor-season activations follow the property's timeline and often need a quarter or more, and Denver's summer calendar books early. Tighter turnarounds are possible - tell us the date and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Can you handle permits, venues, and staffing, or only the creative?
Both. We can run the whole program end to end - concept through build, City and County of Denver permitting, crew, and strike - or plug into an existing team on the parts you need, such as talent curation, production management, or content capture.
How do you measure whether the activation worked?
We agree the metrics before we build: footfall and dwell, trial and sampling counts, earned content and coverage, and pipeline signals like scans, leads, and conversions. Reporting is part of the scope, not an afterthought.
