Ways to work with us

Pick the scope you need, not the one we prefer to sell.

Most Cannes clients start in one of three places. Tell us which sounds like you and we will price only that.

Full program

We own it end to end: objective and agenda, yacht or venue and hotels, F&B, production and AV, attendee logistics, onsite direction, content, and the post-event report.

Best if

You have dates and a budget and no internal team to run it.

Brief a full program

Production only

Your team owns the agenda and the message. We handle venue, vendors, AV and staging, run of show, crew, and show calling so the week holds up.

Best if

You have the content but need Riviera execution and vendors you can trust.

Get production support

Strategy and agenda only

A paid working engagement: objective, audience, agenda architecture, experience design, venue direction, and a budget framework you can hand to any producer.

Best if

You want the thinking and the plan, and will execute in house.

Why Eterna in Cannes

Executive programs built for what happens after.

Proven at Cannes Lions

We produced OUTFRONT Media's executive hospitality program aboard Yacht Hana at Cannes Lions 2026 - we know the berths, the beaches, and the week itself.

Client-side judgment

Our founder ran global brand and executive programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.

Senior people on the floor

The team that pitched the program is the team calling the show - no handoff to juniors after the kickoff.

Multi-market ready

Run the same program in London, Madrid, New York, Miami, or Mexico City with the same standard.

What's included

How we work

A five-step process, from brief to reporting.

  1. 01

    Objective & audience

Who is in the room, what they need to believe or decide by the end, and what business result the event is accountable for.

  2. 02

    Agenda & experience design

Programming, content flow, hospitality, and the moments between sessions - designed as one experience rather than a schedule.

  3. 03

    Scope, budget & timeline

Venue, berth, and hotel path, F&B, production and AV, staffing, and the measurement framework we'll report against.

  4. 04

    Production & delivery

Vendor management, rehearsals, attendee logistics, onsite direction, and show calling through every session.

  5. 05

    Content & reporting

Capture and edits for internal and external use, plus a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

What clients say

Built for the numbers, not just the room.

They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions

Working with us on Cannes corporate events.

What kind of corporate events do you produce in Cannes?
Executive summits and leadership offsites, client and prospect dinners, advisory boards, festival-week hospitality programs during Cannes Lions and MIPIM, yacht and villa receptions, awards nights, and partner events along the Croisette.
Do you run executive hospitality during Cannes Lions?
Yes - we produced OUTFRONT Media's executive hospitality program aboard Yacht Hana during Cannes Lions 2026. We handle the yacht or venue, berthing and permits, catering and service, guest lists, talent, and the meeting program around it, so your executives host instead of troubleshoot.
What does a corporate or executive event in Cannes cost?
It depends on headcount, venue, production level, and timing - festival weeks carry premiums on berths, beaches, and villas, while the rest of the year is far more flexible. A 30-person executive dinner and a week-long hospitality program are very different numbers. We scope the agenda and production plan first, then come back with a costed plan before anything is committed.
Which Cannes venues do you use for executive programs?
Private yachts in the Vieux Port and Port Canto, villas in Le Suquet and the hills, hotel ballrooms and rooftops along the Croisette, beach clubs for evening programs, and estate properties inland for multi-day offsites away from the festival crowds.
Can you handle attendee logistics and communications?
Yes - registration and RSVP, hotel blocks (which book out early for festival weeks), ground and boat transport, guest communications and concierge, dietary and accessibility needs, gifting, and onsite check-in are all part of the scope when you want them.
How far in advance should we book?
For Cannes Lions or MIPIM, six to twelve months - the best berths, beaches, and hotels go early. Off-season executive dinners and offsites can move in eight to twelve weeks. Tell us the date and we'll be honest about what's achievable.
How do you measure a corporate event?
We agree the metrics up front: attendance and attendance quality, meetings held and pipeline signals from client events, content produced, satisfaction scores, and follow-through after the event. Reporting is part of the scope.
