01

Pop-Ups & Retail Takeovers

Short-run spaces across Wynwood, the Design District, Brickell, and South Beach - designed for dwell time, trial, and the photo people take without being asked.

Deliverables

  • The creative idea for the experience turned into a physical design: layouts, renderings, and how guests move through the space.

  • We source venues across Miami, from Wynwood to Miami Beach, matched to the audience.

  • We manage the shops and crews that build the physical elements, controlling quality, budget, and install schedules.

  • We secure the municipal permits and manage site logistics like power, access, and load-in so the event is fully compliant.

  • We recruit, train, and manage the people representing your brand on the ground, from product knowledge to appearance standards.

Festival, Music & Sports Activations

Miami's calendar runs hard - Art Basel and Miami Art Week, Miami Music Week and Ultra, the Miami Grand Prix, Open and tennis weeks, and a full season of music and sports moments. We help brands pick the right property and show up with a presence that earns attention instead of renting it.

Deliverables

  • We evaluate and select the venues, properties, and partners that best fit the brand and budget.

  • We design the physical layout and the path guests take through it, so the space works at peak capacity.

  • Athletes, creators, and talent integrated into the experience with contracts and appearances handled.

  • Premium hosting for top clients and guests, from suites and dinners to dedicated concierge service.

  • Full on-site management of the event through load-out, leaving the venue exactly as required.

Product Launches & Press Moments

Launches and press moments built for two audiences at once - bilingual where it matters, since Miami is the gateway market for U.S. Hispanic and LatAm brand building - the room, and the coverage and content that travel after it.

Deliverables

  • The story of the launch and the experience built around it, so press and guests leave telling the same story.

  • Venue and production management with a show caller running the event minute by minute.

  • We curate who is in the room across press, creators, and guests so the right people see and share the moment.

  • Content captured live and packaged into ready-to-publish assets while the event is still happening.

  • We capture leads at the event and deliver them into your CRM with notes, scores, and assigned owners.

04

Executive Events & Summits

Offsites, summits, incentive trips, and client dinners for teams flying into Miami - planned so the agenda, the room, and the follow-through all hold together.

Deliverables

  • We design the full shape of the event: what happens when, how each session flows into the next, and how the schedule supports your goals.

  • Venue, room blocks, and guest transport coordinated as one logistics plan.

  • We brief, coach, and support speakers and facilitators so every session delivers.

  • Every guest touchpoint, from invitation to departure, plus concierge support for travel and special requests.

  • A clear report after the event: attendance, engagement, media, and results against the goals we set.

Ways to work with us

Pick the scope you need, not the one we prefer to sell.

Most Miami clients start in one of three places. Tell us which sounds like you and we will price only that.

Full program

We own it end to end: objective and concept, design, venue and permitting, fabrication, staffing, onsite production, content, and the post-program report.

Best if

You have a date and a budget and no internal team to run it.

Brief a full program

Production only

Your team owns the creative. We handle vendors, build, permits, crew, run of show, and onsite management so the idea actually lands.

Best if

You have the concept but need Miami execution you can trust.

Get production support

Strategy and concept only

A paid working engagement: objective, audience, creative territory, experience design, venue direction, and a budget framework you can hand to any producer.

Best if

You want the thinking and the plan, and will execute in house.

Why Eterna in Miami

Brand-side thinking, agency-grade production.

Client-side judgment

Our founder ran global brand programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.

Production that holds

Permits, vendors, crew, load-in windows, and rehearsals - handled before show day, not improvised during it.

Bilingual by default

Miami is the gateway between U.S. and Latin American brand building. We build programs in English, Spanish, or both - hosts, talent, and creators included.

Multi-market ready

Start in Miami, then roll the same idea cleanly through Denver, New York, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Buenos Aires.

What's included

Everything a Miami activation needs, under one scope.

How we work

A five-step process, from brief to reporting.

  1. 01

    Brief & business objective

We start with the number you get measured on - trial, awareness, pipeline, retention - and pressure-test the brief before any creative work begins.

  2. 02

    Concept & creative direction

A single clear idea for the Miami market, with spatial design, narrative, talent, and content built into it from the start rather than bolted on later.

  3. 03

    Scope, budget & timeline

A costed production plan: venue and permitting path, fabrication, crew, run-of-show, and the measurement framework we'll report against.

  4. 04

    Production & build

Vendor management, fabrication oversight, load-in, staffing and training, and onsite direction through show days and strike.

  5. 05

    Amplification & reporting

Content capture, press and creator distribution, then a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

What clients say

Built for the numbers, not just the room.

“
They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions

Working with us in Miami.

What does an experiential marketing agency in Miami actually do?
We take a brand objective and turn it into a live experience people can walk into - concept, spatial design, venue and permitting, fabrication, staffing, onsite production, and the content and press plan that carries it further. In practice that means pop-ups, festival and sports activations, product launches, and executive events across the Miami market.
Do you have a Miami presence?
Yes - we meet by appointment in Wynwood, and we produce across Miami-Dade and Broward - Wynwood, the Design District, Brickell, Miami Beach, and Downtown. We also work from Denver, Dallas, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Buenos Aires, so a program that starts in Miami can extend to other markets with the same team.
What does a brand activation in Miami cost?
It depends on footprint, build complexity, venue, run length, and staffing. Rather than quote a range that doesn't apply to your brief, we scope the concept and the production plan together and come back with a costed direction before anything is promised.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For a pop-up or launch, six to twelve weeks is comfortable. Miami Art Week and Music Week venues get locked months out, so plan those a quarter or two ahead. Festival and sports activations depend on the property's timeline and often need to start a quarter or more ahead. Tighter turnarounds are possible - tell us the date and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
Can you handle permits, venues, and staffing, or only the creative?
Both. We can run the whole program end to end - concept through build, permitting, crew, and strike - or plug into an existing team on the parts you need, such as talent curation, production management, or content capture.
Can you run bilingual, Spanish-language activations in Miami?
Yes. Our team works across the U.S. and Latin America, and we build Miami programs in English, Spanish, or both - copy, hosts, talent, and creator partners included.
How do you measure whether the activation worked?
We agree the metrics before we build: footfall and dwell, trial and sampling counts, earned content and coverage, and pipeline signals like scans, leads, and conversions. Reporting is part of the scope, not an afterthought.

Start a Miami program

Got a launch, a pop-up, or an Art Week moment in Miami?

Tell us the date, the neighborhood or property, and the budget range. We'll come back with a concept direction and a production plan that fits.

  1. 01

    You send the brief

Date, market or venue, budget range, and what the program has to achieve. Rough numbers are fine.

  2. 02

We reply in one business day

A short read on the program, what we would do differently, and a 30 minute call if it looks like a fit.

  3. 03

    You get a costed plan

Concept direction, venue and permitting path, and a production plan with a budget. Nothing is committed until you approve it.
