Corporate holiday parties
A holiday party your team will actually talk about.
Most company holiday parties are a rented room, a buffet, and a playlist. Eterna Concepts plans and produces corporate holiday parties as real experiences: a clear theme, the right venue, great food and drink, live entertainment, and a night that thanks your people properly. One team handles everything, so your HR and leadership teams get to enjoy the party too.

Questions
Straight answers about corporate holiday parties.
- How far in advance should we book a corporate holiday party?
- Book three to four months out. Most companies lock venues and dates for December between August and early October, and the best Friday and Thursday nights go first. If you are starting in October or November, move quickly, consider a weeknight or January date, and we can still produce a strong night.
- How much does a corporate holiday party cost?
- Budgets depend on headcount, venue, food and beverage, and entertainment. Many companies plan in a range of roughly 75 to 250 dollars or more per guest, with venue and catering as the largest line items. Eterna returns a point of view and a budget range within one business day of a brief.
- What does a holiday party planning agency actually do?
- We handle the whole night: theme and creative direction, venue sourcing, catering and bar, decor and lighting, music and entertainment, guest communications and RSVPs, run of show, and on-site production. Your team gets one accountable partner and gets to enjoy the party.
- Can you make the party inclusive for a diverse team?
- Yes. Many companies prefer a seasonal or year-end celebration rather than a single-holiday theme. We plan inclusive menus, alcohol-free options, accessible venues, and programming that works for every guest.
- Do you plan client appreciation and leadership holiday events too?
- Yes. Beyond company-wide parties, we produce client appreciation dinners, executive team celebrations, year-end awards and recognition nights, and holiday gifting moments for key accounts.
- Where do you produce holiday parties?
- Eterna is based in Denver and produces across North America, Europe, and Latin America, including Colorado, California, Miami, Las Vegas, New York, London, Madrid, and Mexico City.
- How do we start?
- Send your preferred date, expected headcount, city, and the feeling you want the night to have. You will hear back within one business day with a point of view, an approach, and a budget range.
