Ways to work with us
Pick the scope you need, not the one we prefer to sell.
Most Miami clients start in one of three places. Tell us which sounds like you and we will price only that.
Full program
We own it end to end: objective and agenda, venue and hotels, F&B, production and AV, attendee logistics, onsite direction, content, and the post-event report.
Best if
You have a date and a budget and no internal team to run it.
Brief a full programProduction only
Your team owns the agenda and the message. We handle venue, vendors, AV and staging, run of show, crew, and show calling so the day holds up.
Best if
You have the content but need Miami execution and vendors you can trust.
Get production supportStrategy and agenda only
A paid working engagement: objective, audience, agenda architecture, experience design, venue direction, and a budget framework you can hand to any producer.
Best if
You want the thinking and the plan, and will execute in house.
Book a strategy engagementWhy Eterna in Miami
Executive programs built for what happens after.
Bilingual by default
Miami is the gateway between U.S. and Latin American business. We run attendee communications, hosting, and talent in English, Spanish, or both.
Client-side judgment
Our founder ran global brand and executive programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.
Senior people on the floor
The team that pitched the program is the team calling the show - no handoff to juniors after the kickoff.
Multi-market ready
Run the same program in New York, Dallas, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Toronto, or Buenos Aires with the same standard.
What's included
Everything a Miami corporate event needs, under one scope.
Take the whole program or the parts you're missing - we'll plug into your team where it helps most.

How we work
A four-step process, from brief to reporting.
01
Objective & audience
Who is in the room, what they need to believe or decide by the end, and what business result the event is accountable for.
02
Agenda & experience design
Programming, content flow, hospitality, and the moments between sessions - designed as one experience rather than a schedule.
03
Scope, budget & timeline
Venue and hotel path, F&B, production and AV, staffing, and the measurement framework we'll report against.
04
Production & delivery
Vendor management, rehearsals, attendee logistics, onsite direction, and show calling through every session.
05
Content & reporting
Capture and edits for internal and external use, plus a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

What clients say
Built for the numbers, not just the room.
They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions
Working with us on Miami corporate events.
- What kind of corporate events do you produce in Miami?
- Executive summits and leadership offsites, incentive trips, client and prospect dinners, advisory boards, sales kickoffs, customer conferences, awards nights, and sponsorship hospitality around Miami's sports, art, and music calendar.
- Do you have a Miami presence?
- Yes - we meet by appointment in Wynwood and produce across Miami-Dade and Broward, from Brickell hotel ballrooms to Wynwood and Design District private venues, Miami Beach properties, and marina and yacht hospitality programs.
- What does a corporate or executive event in Miami cost?
- It depends on headcount, venue, production level, food and beverage, and how many days you're programming. A 30-person client dinner and a 400-person summit with staging and content are very different numbers. We scope the agenda and production plan first, then come back with a costed plan before anything is committed.
- Which Miami venues do you use for executive programs?
- Brickell and Downtown hotel ballrooms and private dining rooms, Wynwood and Design District event spaces, Miami Beach and Surfside properties, and marina and yacht hospitality for incentive and VIP programs. Venue selection is scoped against the agenda, not just availability.
- Can you handle attendee logistics and communications?
- Yes - registration and RSVP, hotel blocks, ground transport, guest communications and concierge, dietary and accessibility needs, gifting, and onsite check-in are all part of the scope when you want them. We work in English, Spanish, or both.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a single-night dinner or client event. Incentive trips and multi-day summits need a quarter or more, and Miami's peak winter season - plus Art Week and Music Week windows - books earliest. Tell us the date and we'll be honest about what's achievable.
- How do you measure a corporate event?
- We agree the metrics up front: attendance and attendance quality, meeting and pipeline signals from client events, content produced, satisfaction scores, and follow-through after the event. Reporting is part of the scope.
