04
Convention-Week Hospitality
Turning a show week presence - a keynote, a booth, a sponsorship - into a reason for the right people to show up, and into meetings that continue afterward.
Deliverables
Hospitality & VIP program design
Structured hospitality programs for VIPs: what they experience, who hosts them, and how it supports the relationship.
Suite, dinner & event curation
Curated suites, private dinners, and hosted events matched to your guests and goals.
Talent and speaker integration
Speakers and talent integrated into the program with briefing, rehearsal, and day-of support.
Onsite activation & branding
Your brand brought to life at the event or property: signage, experiences, and staffed touchpoints.
ROI framework & reporting
A defined framework for measuring return, reported against the numbers your leadership cares about.
Ways to work with us
Pick the scope you need, not the one we prefer to sell.
Most Las Vegas clients start in one of three places. Tell us which sounds like you and we will price only that.
Full program
We own it end to end: objective and agenda, venue and hotels, F&B, production and AV, attendee logistics, onsite direction, content, and the post-event report.
Best if
You have a date and a budget and no internal team to run it.
Brief a full programProduction only
Your team owns the agenda and the message. We handle venue, vendors, AV and staging, run of show, crew, and show calling so the day holds up.
Best if
You have the content but need Las Vegas execution and vendors you can trust.
Get production supportStrategy and agenda only
A paid working engagement: objective, audience, agenda architecture, experience design, venue direction, and a budget framework you can hand to any producer.
Best if
You want the thinking and the plan, and will execute in house.
Book a strategy engagementWhy Eterna in Las Vegas
Executive programs built for what happens after.
Convention-week fluency
Resort pricing, labor rules, scheduling, and move-in windows. We scope Vegas programs for how the city actually works during a show week.
Client-side judgment
Our founder ran global brand and executive programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.
Senior people on the floor
The team that pitched the program is the team calling the show - no handoff to juniors after the kickoff.
Multi-market ready
Run the same program in New York, Chicago, Miami, Denver, Dallas, or Los Angeles with the same standard.

How we work
A five-step process, from brief to reporting.
01
Objective & audience
Who is in the room, what they need to believe or decide by the end, and what business result the event is accountable for.
02
Agenda & experience design
Programming, content flow, hospitality, and the moments between sessions - designed as one experience rather than a schedule.
03
Scope, budget & timeline
Venue and hotel path, F&B, production and AV, staffing, and the measurement framework we'll report against.
04
Production & delivery
Vendor management, rehearsals, attendee logistics, onsite direction, and show calling through every session.
05
Content & reporting
Capture and edits for internal and external use, plus a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

What clients say
Built for the numbers, not just the room.
They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions
Working with us on Las Vegas corporate events.
- What kind of corporate events do you produce in Las Vegas?
- Executive summits and leadership offsites, sales kickoffs and all-hands, client and prospect dinners, incentive programs, customer conferences, awards nights, and convention-week hospitality around Las Vegas's resort and arena calendar.
- Do you have a Las Vegas presence?
- We produce across Las Vegas through a vetted local partner network - venues, staging, staffing, and labor coordination - led by our own senior team. We scope convention-week programs against the real logistics: resort scheduling, labor rules, loading docks, and move-in windows.
- What does a corporate or executive event in Las Vegas cost?
- It depends on headcount, venue, production level, food and beverage, and how many days you're programming. A 30-person executive dinner and a 500-person kickoff with staging and content are very different numbers, and resort pricing moves with the convention calendar. We scope the agenda and production plan first, then come back with a costed plan before anything is committed.
- Which Las Vegas venues do you use for executive programs?
- Resort ballrooms and penthouse suites on and off the Strip, private dining rooms and restaurants for client dinners, downtown and Arts District spaces for private events, and desert and Red Rock-adjacent venues for offsites and incentive programs.
- Can you handle attendee logistics and communications?
- Yes - registration and RSVP, hotel blocks, ground transport, guest communications and concierge, dietary and accessibility needs, gifting, and onsite check-in are all part of the scope when you want them.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a single-night executive dinner or client event. Convention-week programs, kickoffs, and incentive trips should start a quarter or more out - resorts and anchors book early around CES and other major shows. Tell us the date and we'll be honest about what's achievable.
- How do you measure a corporate event?
- We agree the metrics up front: attendance and attendance quality, meeting and pipeline signals from client events, content produced, satisfaction scores, and follow-through after the event. Reporting is part of the scope.
