Executive Summits & Leadership Offsites

Multi-day programs where the agenda, the room, and the downtime are designed together - so senior people leave aligned, not just fed.

Deliverables

  • We design the full shape of the event: what happens when, how each session flows into the next, and how the schedule supports your goals.

  • Venue, room blocks, and guest transport coordinated as one logistics plan.

  • We brief, coach, and support speakers and facilitators so every session delivers.

  • The main-stage package: presentations, stage design, lighting, sound, and video produced and run by our team.

  • A clear report after the event: attendance, engagement, media, and results against the goals we set.

02

Client Dinners & Advisory Boards

Small, high-intent rooms where the guest list, the seating, and the conversation are the product.

Deliverables

  • We build the target guest list around your objectives and manage invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up.

  • Hand-picked private venues with menus designed around your guests, from chef's tables to buyouts.

  • Deliberate seating plans and formats that spark the conversations you want between the right people.

  • Preparation documents for your hosts and executives: who is attending, talking points, and objectives for each conversation.

  • Leads and commitments from the event are organized and handed to your sales team with context and next steps.

Sales Kickoffs & All-Hands

Company moments that carry a message, not just a schedule - built to land the strategy and hold attention past the first session.

Deliverables

  • The story arc of the event translated into a minute-by-minute run of show the whole crew works from.

  • Staging and AV production with a professional show caller running every cue on event day.

  • Smaller working sessions designed with clear exercises and outcomes, not just a smaller version of the main stage.

  • Video, motion graphics, and presentation materials produced for the program and its speakers.

  • We run invitations, registration, reminders, and day-of updates so every guest knows where to be and what to expect.

Sponsorship & Hospitality Programs

Turning a Bulls, Bears, Cubs, or Sox sponsorship - or a convention week presence at McCormick - into a reason for the right people to show up, and into meetings that continue afterward.

Deliverables

  • We evaluate and select the venues, properties, and partners that best fit the brand and budget.

  • Premium hosting for top clients and guests, from suites and dinners to dedicated concierge service.

  • Your brand brought to life at the event or property: signage, experiences, and staffed touchpoints.

  • Speakers and talent integrated into the program with briefing, rehearsal, and day-of support.

  • A defined framework for measuring return, reported against the numbers your leadership cares about.

Ways to work with us

Pick the scope you need, not the one we prefer to sell.

Most Chicago clients start in one of three places. Tell us which sounds like you and we will price only that.

Full program

We own it end to end: objective and agenda, venue and hotels, F&B, production and AV, attendee logistics, onsite direction, content, and the post-event report.

Best if

You have a date and a budget and no internal team to run it.

Brief a full program

Production only

Your team owns the agenda and the message. We handle venue, vendors, AV and staging, run of show, crew, and show calling so the day holds up.

Best if

You have the content but need Chicago execution and vendors you can trust.

Get production support

Strategy and agenda only

A paid working engagement: objective, audience, agenda architecture, experience design, venue direction, and a budget framework you can hand to any producer.

Best if

You want the thinking and the plan, and will execute in house.

Book a strategy engagement

Name the gap

One role or the whole program, we fill what's missing.

Not every brief needs a full scope. Sometimes it's a field manager to run the day, a content capture crew so nothing is missed, or vendor coordination while your own agency keeps creative. We quote only the gap you need filled, then work alongside your team, your agency, your venue, and your other partners without changing who owns what.

Tell us what's missing
  • Field manager

One senior owner on the floor: run of show, crew, vendors, and the calls that can't wait for an email reply.

  • Content capture

Photo, video, and same-day edits so the program is still producing assets after the room clears.

  • Vendor coordination

Venue, AV, catering, and build partners held to one timeline, with you copied rather than buried.

  • Support beside your agency

We slot in next to your creative or media agency, work to your brief and brand rules, and report to your stakeholders.

  • Onsite staffing and show calling

Registration, hosts, brand reps, and technical direction, briefed and managed by someone accountable.

  • Permits, venue, and labor

The unglamorous work that turns a date in the calendar into a buildable plan.

Why Eterna in Chicago

Executive programs built for what happens after.

Built for the seasons

Chicago compresses a year of outdoor programming into five months and moves everything indoors for winter. We plan venues, weather contingencies, and calendars around that reality.

Client-side judgment

Our founder ran global brand and executive programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.

Senior people on the floor

The team that pitched the program is the team calling the show - no handoff to juniors after the kickoff.

Multi-market ready

Run the same program in New York, Dallas, Miami, Denver, Los Angeles, Toronto, or Buenos Aires with the same standard.

What's included

Everything a Chicago corporate event needs, under one scope.

Take the whole program or the parts you're missing - we'll plug into your team where it helps most.

How we work

A five-step process, from brief to reporting.

  1. 01

    Objective & audience

Who is in the room, what they need to believe or decide by the end, and what business result the event is accountable for.

  2. 02

    Agenda & experience design

Programming, content flow, hospitality, and the moments between sessions - designed as one experience rather than a schedule.

  3. 03

    Scope, budget & timeline

Venue and hotel path, F&B, production and AV, staffing, and the measurement framework we'll report against.

  4. 04

    Production & delivery

Vendor management, rehearsals, attendee logistics, onsite direction, and show calling through every session.

  5. 05

    Content & reporting

Capture and edits for internal and external use, plus a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

Private chef experiences in the city's best dining neighborhood.

Skyline ballrooms

Winter market themes

Cozy, Christkindlmarket-inspired parties with warm drinks and live music.

Booking tip: Chicago December Friday nights often book four to six months out.

Questions

Working with us on Chicago corporate events.

What kind of corporate events do you produce in Chicago?
Executive summits and leadership offsites, client and prospect dinners, advisory boards, sales kickoffs and all-hands, customer conferences, awards nights, holiday parties, and sponsorship hospitality around Chicago's sports and convention calendar.
Do you have a Chicago presence?
Yes - we meet by appointment downtown and in the West Loop, and we produce across River North, Fulton Market, the Loop, and the lakefront, plus suburban corporate campuses and resort properties in Lake Geneva and Michigan for multi-day programs.
What does a corporate or executive event in Chicago cost?
It depends on headcount, venue, production level, food and beverage, and how many days you're programming. A 30-person client dinner and a 400-person kickoff with staging and content are very different numbers. We scope the agenda and production plan first, then come back with a costed plan before anything is committed.
Which Chicago venues do you use for executive programs?
Downtown and West Loop hotel ballrooms and private dining rooms, Fulton Market warehouse and loft spaces for brand-forward programs, River North private venues, and lakefront and museum properties for larger moments. Venue selection is scoped against the agenda, not just availability.
Can you handle attendee logistics and communications?
Yes - registration and RSVP, hotel blocks, ground transport, guest communications and concierge, dietary and accessibility needs, gifting, and onsite check-in are all part of the scope when you want them.
How far in advance should we book?
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a single-night dinner or client event. Multi-day summits, kickoffs, and resort programs usually need a quarter or more, and Chicago's spring and fall convention seasons book earlier. Tell us the date and we'll be honest about what's achievable.
How do you measure a corporate event?
We agree the metrics up front: attendance and attendance quality, meeting and pipeline signals from client events, content produced, satisfaction scores, and follow-through after the event. Reporting is part of the scope.
Do you plan corporate holiday parties in Chicago?
Yes. Eterna plans and produces corporate holiday parties in Chicago, from West Loop restaurant buyouts to full-company celebrations in skyline venues, with one team handling venue, food, entertainment, and production.
