Why Eterna in Toronto
Executive programs built for what happens after.
Local crews, senior oversight
Toronto venues, caterers, and AV partners we already work with, run by the same senior producers on every market.
Client-side judgment
Our founder ran global brand and executive programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.
Cross-border handled
Customs, freight, insurance, and vendor contracting for programs running between Canada and the US.
Senior people on the floor
The team that pitched the program is the team calling the show - no handoff to juniors after the kickoff.

How we work
A five-step process, from brief to reporting.
01
Objective & audience
Who is in the room, what they need to believe or decide by the end, and what business result the event is accountable for.
02
Agenda & experience design
Programming, content flow, hospitality, and the moments between sessions - designed as one experience rather than a schedule.
03
Scope, budget & timeline
Venue and hotel path, F&B, production and AV, staffing, and the measurement framework we'll report against.
04
Production & delivery
Vendor management, rehearsals, attendee logistics, cross-border freight, onsite direction, and show calling.
05
Content & reporting
Capture and edits for internal and external use, plus a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.
What clients say
Built for the numbers, not just the room.
They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions
Working with us on Toronto corporate events.
- What kind of corporate events do you produce in Toronto?
- Executive summits and leadership offsites, sales kickoffs and all-hands, client and prospect dinners, advisory boards, customer conferences, awards nights, holiday parties, and sponsorship hospitality around Toronto's sports, film, and conference calendar.
- Do you produce in Canada, or only the US?
- We produce in Toronto with local venues, crew, and vendors, alongside our US markets. Our base is Denver, and we work in Toronto, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Buenos Aires - so a Canadian program and its US counterpart can run to the same standard.
- What does a corporate or executive event in Toronto cost?
- It depends on headcount, venue, production level, food and beverage, and how many days you're programming. A 30-person executive dinner and a 400-person kickoff with staging and content are very different numbers. We scope the agenda and production plan first, then return a costed plan before anything is committed.
- Which Toronto venues do you use for executive programs?
- Downtown hotel ballrooms and private dining rooms in the Financial District and Yorkville, private venues in King West, the Distillery District, and Liberty Village, waterfront and Exhibition Place spaces for larger programs, and Muskoka and Niagara properties for multi-day retreats.
- Can you handle attendee logistics, travel, and cross-border teams?
- Yes - registration and RSVP, hotel blocks, ground transport, guest communications and concierge, dietary and accessibility needs, gifting, and onsite check-in, plus the customs and freight side when kit, staging, or gifting is moving across the border.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a single-night executive dinner or client event. Multi-day summits and kickoffs usually need a quarter or more, and Toronto's fall conference season and December calendar book early. Tell us the date and we'll be honest about what's achievable.
- How do you measure a corporate event?
- We agree the metrics up front: attendance and attendance quality, meeting and pipeline signals from client events, content produced, satisfaction scores, and follow-through after the event. Reporting is part of the scope.
