Executive Summits & Leadership Offsites

Multi-day programs where the agenda, the room, and the downtime are designed together - so senior people leave aligned, not just fed.

Deliverables

  • We design the full shape of the event: what happens when, how each session flows into the next, and how the schedule supports your goals.

  • Venue, room blocks, and guest transport coordinated as one logistics plan.

  • We brief, coach, and support speakers and facilitators so every session delivers.

  • The main-stage package: presentations, stage design, lighting, sound, and video produced and run by our team.

  • A clear report after the event: attendance, engagement, media, and results against the goals we set.

Sales Kickoffs & All-Hands

Company moments that carry a message, not just a schedule - built to land the strategy and hold attention past the first session.

Deliverables

  • The story arc of the event translated into a minute-by-minute run of show the whole crew works from.

  • Staging and AV production with a professional show caller running every cue on event day.

  • Smaller working sessions designed with clear exercises and outcomes, not just a smaller version of the main stage.

  • Video, motion graphics, and presentation materials produced for the program and its speakers.

  • We run invitations, registration, reminders, and day-of updates so every guest knows where to be and what to expect.

Regional Headquarters & LatAm Programs

Events for brands running Mexico or Latin America from Mexico City - launches, partner days, and hospitality that connect headquarters with the field and the press.

Deliverables

  • The program is designed specifically to hit your regional business objectives, not a generic template.

  • The venue, the production inside it, and the guest journey managed as one integrated program.

  • Hosts and facilitators who run the program comfortably in both English and Spanish, switching as the room needs.

  • A curated mix of press, partners, and creators invited to amplify the event to their audiences.

  • A defined framework for measuring return, reported against the numbers your leadership cares about.

Ways to work with us

Pick the scope you need, not the one we prefer to sell.

Most Mexico City clients start in one of three places. Tell us which sounds like you and we will price only that.

Full program

We own it end to end: objective and agenda, venue and hotels, F&B, production and AV, attendee logistics, onsite direction, content, and the post-event report.

Best if

You have a date and a budget and no internal team to run it.

Brief a full program

Production only

Your team owns the agenda and the message. We handle venue, vendors, AV and staging, run of show, crew, and show calling so the day holds up.

Best if

You have the content but need Mexico City execution and vendors you can trust.

Get production support

Strategy and agenda only

A paid working engagement: objective, audience, agenda architecture, experience design, venue direction, and a budget framework you can hand to any producer.

Best if

You want the thinking and the plan, and will execute in house.

Why Eterna in Mexico City

Executive programs built for what happens after.

Bilingual, bi-cultural team

Native Spanish and English production, hosting, and reporting, so one team covers headquarters and the region without a translation layer.

Client-side judgment

Our founder ran global brand and multicultural programs at PepsiCo before starting Eterna. We scope like the people who used to sign the invoice.

Senior people on the floor

The team that pitched the program is the team calling the show - no handoff to juniors after the kickoff.

Multi-market ready

Run the same program in New York, Miami, Bogota, Madrid, or Buenos Aires with the same standard.

How we work

A five-step process, from brief to reporting.

  1. 01

    Objective & audience

Who is in the room, what they need to believe or decide by the end, and what business result the event is accountable for.

  2. 02

    Agenda & experience design

Programming, content flow, hospitality, and the moments between sessions - designed as one experience rather than a schedule.

  3. 03

    Scope, budget & timeline

Venue and hotel path, F&B, production and AV, staffing, and the measurement framework we'll report against.

  4. 04

    Production & delivery

Vendor management, rehearsals, attendee logistics, onsite direction, and show calling through every session.

  5. 05

    Content & reporting

Capture and edits for internal and external use, plus a post-program report against the metrics agreed in step three.

What clients say

Built for the numbers, not just the room.

They took the time to understand our business goals before anyone talked creative - so the experience was built to move the numbers we actually get measured on.

Questions

Working with us on Mexico City corporate events.

What kind of corporate events do you produce in Mexico City?
Executive summits and leadership offsites, sales kickoffs and all-hands, client and prospect dinners, advisory boards, customer conferences, awards nights, holiday parties, and hospitality around Mexico City's sports and cultural calendar.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We are a fully bilingual English and Spanish team. Agendas, run-of-show, vendor contracts, and onsite direction run in Spanish; executive readouts run in whichever language your stakeholders use. Nothing reads like a translated campaign.
What does a corporate or executive event in Mexico City cost?
It depends on headcount, venue, production level, food and beverage, and how many days you're programming. A 30-person executive dinner and a 400-person kickoff with staging and content are very different numbers. We scope the agenda and production plan first, then come back with a costed plan before anything is committed.
Which Mexico City venues do you use for executive programs?
Polanco and Reforma hotel ballrooms and private dining rooms, Santa Fe and corporate campus venues, Santa Maria la Ribera and warehouse spaces for larger programs, and hacienda and resort properties outside the city for multi-day offsites.
Can you handle attendee logistics and communications?
Yes - registration and RSVP, hotel blocks, ground transport, guest communications and concierge, dietary and accessibility needs, gifting, and onsite check-in are all part of the scope when you want them, in both languages.
How far in advance should we book?
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a single-night executive dinner or client event. Multi-day summits and kickoffs usually need a quarter or more, and CDMX's spring and fall seasons book earlier. Tell us the date and we'll be honest about what's achievable.
How do you measure a corporate event?
We agree the metrics up front: attendance and attendance quality, meeting and pipeline signals from client events, content produced, satisfaction scores, and follow-through after the event. Reporting is part of the scope.
